This neighbourhood, established in the 1930’s and home to both the Morrell family and the likes of C S Lewis, is along Headington Road and Headley Way east of the city centre. Oxford Brookes University is located here and also many of Oxford’s world famous hospitals; John Radcliffe, Nuffield, Churchill, Warneford and the newest Manor Hospital are all within this area. Easy access by bus to the city centre and also to ring road for those travelling out of Oxford or to Oxford Business Park or BMW plant.
